- All holiday cabin reservations must be paid in full at time of reservation and are non-refundable.
- The cabins sleep the maximum listed in description. Additional persons in the cabin require management's approval and are $20 per person per night. Any additional persons in the cabins without management's approval will be asked to leave and the $100 deposit placed at check-in will be forfeited.
- The $100 deposit will be refunded upon a satisfactory inspection of the rental unit after check-in. All deposits refunded will be returned by check.
- Changes may be made to Cabin reservations with more than 10 days notice. No changes to Cabin reservations may be made with less than 10 days notice and the reservation must be paid in full. No shows or late cancellations will be charged for the full reservation amount.
- No more than 2 vehicles per unit.
- Two night minimum rental on weekends and holidays.
- Two to three night non-refundable deposit for holidays and special events weekends.
- Lost and non-returned keys are $25 each.
- Must be 21 years of age or active military to rent units.
